From the initial hearing test through present, Carrie, the Hearing Instrument Specialist, has been knowledgeable, easy to work with and attentive to my concerns/needs. I am wearing the Miracle Ear "Spark" and am amazed at the comfort level and the performance of the device. It is all but invisible as well. Try it, you'll like it!
