  We had such a great experience at Target Optical, and I have to shout out Baryalai who helped my daughter and me. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly personable and patient especially with my daughter as she went back and forth trying to decide on the perfect pair of glasses. He never rushed her and made the whole process feel easy and even fun. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we both felt confident in our choices. When we came back to pick up our glasses, I had my son with me, and he immediately recognized him from a previous visit, reintroduced himself, and even joked around a bit. That level of attention and genuine connection really stood out. It’s rare to find people who intentionally build relationships in places you visit regularly, and it makes all the difference. Because of that, we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend!
