- HPHaley PalickiApr 14, 20221.0I refilled my omeprazole in the kroger app. It said ready in five days (April 5th). By the 7th nothing happens. I call. They say it wasn’t in their system (even though I had it pulled up) but that they would put it in now. It’s now been a week and STILL NO MEDICINE.

Like who is Going To Answer at this Time!! Katrina said We left a Voicemail ?? She said well come Back later then. I said Who is going to Come back later? And it’s already Late?. You Havent filled this prescription in 2-Days!!! KATRINA said, Well go Call ya Self! I will Be Switching My Prescriptions From this Place!, Mind You! This wasn’t the only PROBLEM!! When we moved to the area, we chose this Kroger Pharmacy because it was close to our new home. Right away, there were problems. I have given it a year, but they have gotten no better. From lost prescriptions to prior authorizations that can take up to a week after the insurance okays it, to not having a medication on hand that has been ordered there every month. The staff is courteous, but often acts like they have no idea what they are doing. I have decided to withdraw my business even though the new pharmacy is less convenient.
