They made any accommodations we needed to be sure we always had a care giver in the home whenever a scheduling need arose for us. Their staff always offered us information and tools to help my in-laws retain their independence as long as they could. Rob and Diana are very compassionate and their staff treated my family and I with grace and love.

They took the best care of mom til the very end. They managed all scheduling challenges but never left mom without a caregiver. It was so wonderful that mom was able to stay at home and not a nursing home. we simply couldn't have asked for a more loving, compassionate team than Massillon Home Instead.
