  A very caring, compassionate, professional company. From day one they hit the road running. Special thanks to the start up team for all the extra help organizing and cleaning. Their experience is one of their best qualities. I refer to them as my girls as they seemed like part of our family. My father loved them all. For me personally, just knowing they would always be there was priceless. Thank you so much for allowing my father to stay at home to live out his last days and for giving his family peace of mind. Highly recommend Massillon Home Instead!

  I'm not sure it's possible to express how grateful my family is to Rob, Dianna and all the caregivers at Home Instead. They took the best care of mom til the very end. They managed all scheduling challenges but never left mom without a caregiver. It was so wonderful that mom was able to stay at home and not a nursing home. we simply couldn't have asked for a more loving, compassionate team than Massillon Home Instead. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

  When looking for an agency to provide care for my father, Home Instead Senior Care in Massillon came highly recommended through my niece and sister-in-law. I trust in their opinion so much that I called and met with Rob right away. He came over to meet my Dad and me and we were totally overwhelmed by his friendliness and ability to interact with my Dad. My father really liked him so we hired his company to provide care while my husband and I worked. He supplied wonderful caretakers that my Dad enjoyed. They came in and took such good care of Dad. They prepared him a hot breakfast and lunch that he requested. You would never know they were in the kitchen because everything was always cleaned up and put away. They washed his bedsheets and clothes, dried them and put them away. They helped him to the shower and took care of his personal needs without making him feel uncomfortable. Dad really enjoyed their company and began to ask how they were w they were when they were not here. Not one time could they not be here. Sometimes it was Rob himself or Jonathan, the owners when one of the caretakers could not be here. When Dad went into the hospital they came to visit him! We were able to go to work in peace knowing how good my father was taken care of. I highly recommend this company to take care of your loved ones. I feel so blessed to have found them so fast and not have to go through many agencies to find just the right one or the right people that they hire to give the utmost care. They stayed in contact with me and even left me daily reports of how Dad was for the day, what he ate, how his mood was what they did for the day. I felt like they were an extension of my family and my dad felt that way too! It is hard to be in a situation that we need care for our loved ones but I am so grateful that I was able to keep Dad at home in his own surroundings while we were able to continue with our busy schedules. I just wish Dad was still here because we miss him and miss seeing these people that came into our lives when we needed them most! Forever grateful, Betty Bowling
