StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and mobility in people no matter what their age, body type or lifestyle! StretchLab Mason offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun and open environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member.

My range of motion has increased and I feel stretching more intentionally has helped with my fitness. I highly recommend this location and specifically Alexis and Abraham as Flexologists.

I did the50 min stretch with her and it was a huge game changer. I’ve been moving more freely without sore, tight or pain in my muscles. Can’t wait to go back!

When I got there I was greeted with smiles and grace. Amanda listened to what I had to say and knew who I would be best fit with. On Monday, I arrived with open arms and smiles. Mark wis very informative, patient, and will meet you where “you” are. After my first session I felt amazing and today I continue to feel open and ready to take care of me so o can take care of others.
