- JBJanet BrooksNov 3, 20255.0Kroger drive-thru pharmacy pick-up at Terra Firma location is great. I don’t understand the bad reviews. It is so convenient using the app to see prescriptions that are available to be refilled. You just mark the ones wanted and select a pickup time and day. Rx always ready when they say. The staff are all courteous, helpful, efficient. It is the best pharmacy I have used since I moved here 7 years ago. I tried online pharmacy which was awful. I tried 2 other of the biggest name pharmacies and they seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed. Thank you Kroger for providing adequate staffing and wonderful employees in the pharmacy.

Dr phones things in as STAT and still have to wait at least a day and call to follow up myself. On to elsewhere.
