- EJEric Ullrich JrNov 26, 20251.0To be clear this Kroger is great and a great location. We used this pharmacy for convenience for years. It appears they have hired some very disrespectful teens to take over the pharmacy and this lead to a few very horrible experiences. The final straw occurred 2 months ago when my wife had just given birth with dangerously high blood pressure. The hospital communicated how important it was to assure her safety that we pick up the blood pressure medication as soon as we got home. We arrive at the pharmacy and they let us know they have none. When my wife asked what she should do, they assured they would have it the next morning. We go the next day at noon. and they very rudely blame her that they still do not have the medication. They claim they will not have it until the next day now because she came later in the day the day prior. We called Costco and they went out of their way to assist in getting the medication started within the hour (no heads up). Kroger pharmacy has lost a long time customer and given it freely to Costco (who was far more deserving).

It is so convenient using the app to see prescriptions that are available to be refilled. You just mark the ones wanted and select a pickup time and day. Rx always ready when they say. The staff are all courteous, helpful, efficient. It is the best pharmacy I have used since I moved here 7 years ago. I tried online pharmacy which was awful. I tried 2 other of the biggest name pharmacies and they seemed to be overworked and overwhelmed. Thank you Kroger for providing adequate staffing and wonderful employees in the pharmacy.
