Starting with the front desk the person I talked with was very personal and knowledgeable. She directed several questions to my teen GD, which we both liked. Once back in the exam room, the medical assistant to the doctor was very kind and answered any questions we had. Then the ophthalmologist came in. I was truly impressed with her. So A plus all around. Next came the glasses. Choosing frames. She found several frames she loved. Gina, who fitted her was great and very kind. She helped us figure out the best price for GD needs. Didn't force anything she didn't need or want. GD could see very well. Which is always a good thing😁 We both left feeling like we were not only understood but cared about. She was told that only 1 person can see the doctor at a time but was told that translators or guardians of children were allowed back. When questioned, Laura at the Mason Montgomery location, refused to get the doctor to clear up this obvious confusion. Will not be returning.
