  If there was a 0 star rating that's what I would give. While the nurses were all nice and friendly the Doctor was the worst I have ever seen. My daughter was very sick and was continuing to get worse after being treated 4 days prior, so I thought she would be in better hands going to a children's facility. I was so wrong. The Doctor barely examined her and was quick to dismiss any concerns I had about my daughter and I knew something wasn't right. I was told she just had a post viral cough and to wait it out. I was told children should not be given any medication because it doesn't help them according to all the data. So I was basicly told to let my child continue to cough hard and non stop so much so she gets short of breath and I expressed concern of her possibly having asthma and we havent had her seen and tested yet. Well since my child got worse and got the proper treatment elsewhere I will beg to differ with that Doctor who obviously needs to be reeducated about treating children with respiratory issues and illness.

  Thank you to the urgent care team for the quick and excellent service. We were taken in immediately, and my son received prompt and professional care during a serious situation. The doctor, nurses, and staff were kind, efficient, and supportive. We truly appreciate your help.

  My daughter’s birthday is today and we had to make a stop in to check out some bumps she had on her side and not only did they get us in and out in about 15-20min, they gave my daughter the best treatment and I could not say enough good things about the staff! Especially Nicole!! She got together a whole little goodie bag and made a card for all of the staff to sign for my sweet girl! It was just so touching and I’m so grateful to have had that staff on my girls special day! Thank you!!

  The nurses and everyone was so nice! Came in for a laceration on my chin. I even got a juice and Popsicle. Everything went well and amazing!

  Very polite and patient!! Not busy at all and brought straight back!! Doctors and nurses are amazing!!
