He was professional and efficient taking my vitals. I was seen by Collette Neal NP, I absolutely loved her. She is the example of how doctors should treat patients. She was professional and kind. She really listened to me and addressed all my concerns. She was very kind to my daughter who was not happy to be there. Her kindness made my visit easier because it allowed me to focus on my appointment instead of my complaining child. I can't thank you both enough for helping me, after several places turned me away. I would definitely recommend The Little Clinic to everyone. Thank you again
- MMMarc McFarlandJul 7, 20225.0I went for an ear infection. Swimmers ear after a weekend at Lake Erie. A bad case of it, swollen jaw and pressure in face bad. They were straight up front and honest, I may need to go somewhere else to a higher level urgent care if the treatment didn’t improve in 24-48 hours. Called an hour after my visit to provide me more information. With in 24 hours everything started getting better. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I an now unable to go to work this week until results come back. I think the NP is COVID happy. I have called several times. Finally went to Urgent Care.
- JHJessica HatcherJul 4, 20192.0While this is a great place for the quick needs. The scheduling is basically non existent. If you schedule an appointment dont expect to get in. You will be treated the same as a walk in which wouldnt matter if you knew that. Yes schedules fall behind but i believe scheduled appointments should be served first then walk ins. That is not how it works here.
