Went through the drive thru to get my mother medicine with her . They proceeded to tell her they didn’t have any of her 7 medications and she kept trying to explain that she had got a message stating they had her meds ready ! She started to get upset and frustrated because they kept telling her they wasn’t anything they can do to help her . We asked to speak to someone else and we did but again they kept telling her no and than proceeded to tell my disabled mother that they could help her if she wasn’t being so dumb . Said from Wade ( the worker ) him self . I went inside to speak with the head pharmacist and she told me there was no way wade said that so now I’m being told I’m lying about what her own employee said Callie the head pharmacist laughed in my face when I told her what he said .i would rather be back in Columbus at Kroger then Marysville ! That should say a lot

Good service, but overall UNFRIENDLY staff who does NOT want to be there. My recommendation is quit your job and go find something you DO want to do because I can tell this ain’t it. 🤷🏻‍♂️

After receiving a text saying my medication would be ready the next day, I personally went to the pharmacy to make sure there was no confusion and that the information was correct. I was told my medication would be ready tomorrow morning, so I decided to arrive early when they opened for "business". When I got there, the pharmacy associate was already unpleasant from the start. When I gave her my name and birth date, she asked, "For what?" Well, what else would it be for? I then told her I was there to pick up a prescription. She said the prescription was not ready and would be available at 11:30, and that I would have received a text message stating that. I told her I didn’t get a text message stating a specific time, only that it would be ready today. She then said she would have the medication ready within the next 30 minutes, which surprised me because that’s how it should have gone from the beginning. I mean, what should I do—leave for 3 hours and come back? Why would they do that to their customers who have already taken time out of their day to come there, especially when I could have gone to any other pharmacy? Then, loudly, in front of other customers and in my community—where I live spend over $12,000 a year at the local Kroger’s on goods—she said, "Wow, isn't he just pleasant? He's always so pleasant." Well, let me tell you what I think just happened: I believe they have preconceived notions about their customers because they talk trash about us. What they don't realize is that this is a medical emergency when I need my medication. They have the audacity to criticize me in front of others and then tell me to go to another pharmacy because they can't serve my medical needs because I'm interrupting their time. Well, let me tell you this—I will never be returning to Kroger's again. They should show more compassion when providing healthcare to their customers. CVS is faster, takes better care of its customers, and has better manufacturers. I recommend them.

Erin, the pharmacy leader, was the rudest pharmacist to my sick mother and myself. If you’re in the business of helping people learn some personal skills and some kindness.

It seems the past 4-5 times I’ve gone to get medication from here, there is always an issue. The final straw was when I spoke with an employee on the phone about a prescription explaining I could not make it in that day, but would be in the next day to pick it up. She stated they would get it ready. When I went to pick up my medication, it was still not ready (mind you, this was 24+ hours later). Not only did I not get the full quantity, it took over 30 minutes to fill 5 pills. 2 stars were given because the pharmacists are very kind and helpful. I would not recommend getting your medication filled here. Poor customer service, line is always ridiculously long, and clearly there is poor communication between staff.
