Before today this would have been a solid 3. Today however I went in for eye and ear drops for my mom. I was told they didn’t have the eye drops and that the ear drop info hadn’t been given so we’d have to wait for the doc ofc to call back. I sat down. And waited an hour. Then went back to the ear dr to let them know we were waiting and that the pharmacy closed at 1. She had had skewers put through the tubes in her ears. Terribly painful and vital to get the drops in quickly.
Finally they say the info has been supplied but they are out of the drops. Apparently her ear drops are also used for eyes and they were out of both “eye” drops. They saw me waiting there for the hour. I had stated that there was a time crunch. They didn’t bother to tell me they were out of BOTH eye drops. Getting it transferred was another 2 hour process that may be catastrophic because they chose not to give me specific info. And help. So over them at this point.
