Easy access for new patients - schedule online, drop in online for a video assessment or in-person at the office (Mon - Fri). Services include counseling and psychiatry for mental health and addiction recovery, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and intensive programs for substance use disorder, primary medical care (all ages), and pharmacy with free mailing or delivery options. Adults and kids welcome. We primarily serve Medicaid and Medicare patients and offer a Sliding Fee Scale program for uninsured patients, which means the cost for services could be as low as $0, $5, $10 or $20, depending on household income and size. Our financial specialists also can help get eligible patients signed up for Medicaid coverage.
