  Not always the most polite though conveniently located. Techs aren't the most friendly or personable. Why do they close for lunch? Ever heard of Staggering lunch breaks so the business can stay open and make money? That's ridiculous. If I could change one thing that would be it. How inconvenient to be on a break from work. Run in Kroger to get meds real quick and then, boom. Closed for 30 minutes for NO REASON! Stupid is all Stocked up.

  After 25 years of being a Kroger customer, my family has left this store and pharmacy. Trying to get a much needed prescription. I was told it would be ready at a certain time. 24hrs later my medication was ready. After repeated calls and being told, "Ready in an hour" "We are working on it now" Really? Pharmacy closes at 9pm. Not 1 call Not 1 text message. No one answered the phone after 6pm. When I finally able to pick it up, "Emily" says, "It was ready yesterday". Excuses flowed and so did her lies. "None of these people worked yesterday" she said. I know it was a bold face lie. So calling Corporate, after 2hrs of trying to get through, they sent me right back to the incompitant Emily. I will never use this place again. Prices went crazy high, staff is rude and apparently ok with Lying to their customers. I think a 2.9 rating is way to high for this store. Shame on this company.

  Just had a horrible experience with this pharmacy. I'm extremely short of breath and the one thing that I needed more than any of my other prescriptions is Albuterol SVN. Pharmacist Jo Ellen refused to fill even a partial script for medication to get me through night until clarified with physician. At this point my physician is out of the office. I clearly have a prescription and I need the albuterol now. I was told that another medication that I received should help me with my breathing. I know it will not help me with my breathing in an acute situation because I am a respiratory therapist and I know the mechanism of action of all these medications because this is what I do for a living. I feel that this is a patient safety issue when you are sent away from a pharmacy when you're clearly having difficulty breathing and you came to pick up medication to help you with your breathing and are refused. Very unimpressed and will not recommend. Will be finding another pharmacy ASAP.
