This clinic is clearly a disaster. Couldn’t find our appt. Even though I had a screen shot of my confirmed appt. The lady at the check is desk was rude rude rude!! Very dismissive. We left and came to Mercy Urgent care. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Would give no stars if that was an option.

Provider was so nasty to my daughter. Barely looked at her and said are you just here to get an excuse for school which she didn’t need. Looked in her ear and said it could be infected but maybe not. Looked in her throat and she said yeah it’s red. Did not check her for strep. Gave her nothing and sent her on her way. Do better and provide the care you were trained to provide.

I don't typically leave bad reviews but the provider and the person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was here. I just wanted to get tested for strep because I have been around people with strep and am sick and going to visit with an immunocompromised family member in a couple of weeks and wanted to make sure I got antibiotics...IF I needed them. I understand what a virus is vs. a bacterial infection and she was quick to dismiss the color of my mucus, despite the fact that I have talked extensively with a doctor at a lung nodule clinic for another family member, and I DO know that mucus being green can indicate a bacterial or viral infection and I was there to find out if I had a bacterial one... The provider talked fast at the end and checked results of the strep, flu, and covid tests after like 3 minutes TOPS. She gave me a bunch of general recommendations at the end for how to feel better and told me she hopes I feel better so that is the reason for 2 stars vs. 1. But I won't come back here as it was an awkward experience. Traffic was bad this morning with the weather and I immediately addressed that I was a couple of minutes late but to my knowledge, there was no one else waiting. They were short for no reason.

I had to spend 10 minutes trying to find a spot in the parking lot due to the build up of snow. Once I got to the front desk I apologized for being 10 minutes late. The front "nurse" or whomever she was said not a word to me. She did not show me how to enter my appointment code or anything, she simply got up and walked to the back room. After I accidently registered again for a walk-in instead of knowing where to enter my code as I had no assistance, she came out and informed me that the "doctor" would not be seeing me because I was late, even though I had already explained why. WIthout another word, she took a patient back and never came back out to help me reschedule or explain in detail. She also decided the "inform" me that I may incur the 20 cancellation fee even though they canceled my appointment without consulting me about why. Needless to say I will be sticking with CVS Minute Clinic in the future. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The doctor who saw was super nice! Explained everything well and did a very thorough exam! The reason I'm giving such a low rating is because the nurse was truly awful and mean! I was going to check and she asked why I was coming today and when I explained what was going on she immediately started to lecture me on how I shouldn't even had made an appointment because it was probably viral and how they wouldn't be able to do anything. Her demeanor and tone were awful for working with the public.
