I don't typically leave bad reviews but the provider and the person at the front desk seemed annoyed that I was here. I just wanted to get tested for strep because I have been around people with strep and am sick and going to visit with an immunocompromised family member in a couple of weeks and wanted to make sure I got antibiotics...IF I needed them. I understand what a virus is vs. a bacterial infection and she was quick to dismiss the color of my mucus, despite the fact that I have talked extensively with a doctor at a lung nodule clinic for another family member, and I DO know that mucus being green can indicate a bacterial or viral infection and I was there to find out if I had a bacterial one... The provider talked fast at the end and checked results of the strep, flu, and covid tests after like 3 minutes TOPS. She gave me a bunch of general recommendations at the end for how to feel better and told me she hopes I feel better so that is the reason for 2 stars vs. 1. But I won't come back here as it was an awkward experience. Traffic was bad this morning with the weather and I immediately addressed that I was a couple of minutes late but to my knowledge, there was no one else waiting. They were short for no reason.

Idk if the staff are overworked or what but I just had a poor experience much like the others. I expressed my concerns and how one of the recommendations caused more pain which has already been going on for days. I was met with a sigh and a snippy remark. At that point I did not feel as if I was being heard or actually cared about so I eventually just walked out. Don’t waste your time or money…

Provider was rude and dismissive, wouldn't listen, uninformed regarding current medical tests available. She made me feel like an annoyance for being there. Extremely dissatisfied with the care she provided. Unacceptable!

Booked an appointment online, checked in 10 min early, sat for a half hour, never got called back, went and asked how much longer it was going to be, was told they cancelled my appointment because they didnt see me sitting on the other side of the clinic. They never once said my name out loud. Just a bunch of lazy people who don't want to do their job.

Kathy ( or I believe her name was) was extremely rude to my mother who was simply trying to be seen to potentially get an antibiotic. She is a single mother of 4 kids and was brought to tears by someone who clearly doesn’t need a job working so closely with individuals if they can’t be polite. Safe to say none of our family will be returning.
