    Don't go to this pharmacy. They are rude and ignorant. Can't answer one simple question. So I drove to another Kroger pharmacy, zero issues very simple.

    I tried to use the app to refill a prescription to be picked up at a closer Kroger pharmacy. It said the order went through and that I would be able to pick up my prescription in 3-4 days not a problem. I go to pick it up and they said it wasn’t there I should go have it refilled at the original Kroger pharmacy (Landen Kroger) because they “have it in stock” according to their system I say that’s fine can you please put in the refill. I wait the 3-4 days + that was told for it to be refilled. I go to the Landen Kroger pharmacy and it’s not available. I get attitude (“well the other Kroger isn’t us so…”) from the male worker there after I explained the situation. Looking at the reviews it seems this treatment isn’t anything new. I won’t be filling prescriptions at a Kroger in the future.

    Miranda and Ambreen are life savers! I called 20 minutes before they closed asking to refill my daughter’s inhalers after a couple sleepless nights and an ER visit and they were so kind and understanding- likely saved us another ER visit. Shady is extremely helpful too when he works- always takes time to answer any dosing questions and help me find OTC products that I’ve overlooked.
