- CBConnie BarnwellJan 18, 20252.0I have been using Kroger for the last 5 years. They have declined to in the last year. I have 6 perscription that I have been takeing for 5 years. Sometimes they only have 3 or four and I have to make another trip to get the others. Recently they have declined even more. I went to pick up my perscriptions on Thursday of this week and they only had two of the scripts. I look at the bottles and I had never heard of the scripts. I did not purchase something I did know what they were. I am tired of having to deal their decline. Kroger needs to better communication and service in their pharmacy depart.

Which it's supposed to be they call. Then if you try to call your medicine in for the next day. make sure they will have to in stock for the day you are supposed to be the other way around. Shady the pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever encountered. Just a horrible, no customer service pharmacy.
