  I don’t know if these other reviews are true or not, or if they’re actually for this location or they meant to give a review for the one in Ashtabula. But, I was very disappointed. Especially after seeing all the great reviews and obviously being lied to by the front desk person. I was told they dealt with all my concerned areas, including my neck being jammed up, TMJ and tail bone. I brought up my tailbone to the female therapist and she told me she didn’t know anything about tailbones. Then, she told me she didn’t deal with something else. She never worked on my TMJ issues. All she really did was have me do some exercises and work on a few trigger points in my neck. I saw Nick for the first time last week and he actually made my neck and other issues worse. They also don’t really listen to you, and don’t seem to care what your prescribing doctor recommends. Nick pretty much thinks he knows more than a doctor that went to years of schooling does, including a Neurosurgeon. He said MRIs are over-rated and that pretty much everything that shows up on them are age related. I know most of my issues are from actual injuries. I’ve had MRIs before and after to prove it. They also spend some of your paid therapy time doing other things and talking to each other. They’re not as good as they claim to be, and I’ve been to much better therapists than I experienced there. I’ll be going elsewhere.

  They all did a great job 10/10 experience, friendly understanding knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended! I did 10 weeks for my bum shoulder and its made a huge difference in mobility and pain levels

  The therapists are amazing,friendly and knowledgeable. Tracy makes you smile as soon as you walk through the door. The personalities make you feel comfortable as you are healing. Can't thank them enough. They work hard to get you moving and well.
