  The studio is clean, but it’s very small, and when classes fill up it becomes cramped and hard to practice properly and breathe specially in hot temp. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable, but the schedule is inflexible and sometimes classes like sculpt+yoga fills up quickly. The biggest problem is the front desk—everyone is overly nice when you first sign up, but the moment you try to change or cancel your membership, the attitude completely changes. It feels misleading and very transactional.

  I've been taking yoga here consistently for about 3 months. I usually take the 10:30 class, with whomever is leading and whichever practice is at that time. I can say, I have always been challenged, never felt I was in the wrong class and have experienced being embraced by each and every instructor, staff member and Katie, the owner. I've had classes with Connie, Carol, Chen, Jenn, Ginger, Susie, Caroline, Gina, Ashley, Awilda and Alyssa. They have all led me to expand my practice, fine tune and challenge myself to go further than I may have thought possible. Each class has similar elements, yet occurs as completely new and exciting. I love the playlists each has put together and enjoy each Yogi's personal style. Recently, I hit my 62nd class and got to sign the 60 Board and we took a few pics. It was fun and rewarding, not only to receive the recognition of how far I've come, my commitment to myself and my practice, but also to experience being a part of this delightful community of like-minded humans. The entire team at Yoga Six is encouraging, supportive and engaged in their clientele. It's really nice to come in and to have the staff address you by name and draw you into the community. Thank you, Katie, Michele, Ari, Courtney and all of the Yogi's at the front of the room. You really make a difference for each and every person walking through the door. I appreciate you and who you are for humanity. Cheers!
