Adam, David, and Marrissa were so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed talking about GHOST, their energy line, and ranking our favorite drinks they offer. I was thrilled to find the new flavors I was after - of which were refrigerated, which made enjoying them all the easier. In all of this, Marissa also did a wonderful job explaining the benefits of becoming a GNC Pro Member. I had a great visit at this GNC location and look forward to stopping back in. 5 stars!

The entitled girl refused my return on just one protein shake (for information I had bought it and had just one shake) well I thought enough to call corporate about this return cause hey it's within my 30 days. They said to call them again with whoever was working and put them in speaker phone. I did. This was to much of a hassle for one. While on the phone with corporate the girl calls her GM and is being told to refuse the return. Eventually they cave in and 30 minute later I get to leave. Well I had bought 3 total and a blender bottle. I went back and returned EVERYTHING. . tldr: call corporate in store for this location. The Aurora location is a franchise and the owner works there every day
