From check-in to the optometrist to the regional manager *who changed his work station so my Dad, who walks with a cane, wouldn't have to move from his seat.) And we want to especially thank Jayda, who was very patient and kind, and after changing his mind several times, took care of my Dad like he was family. We highly recommend the team at Pearle Vision Legacy Village.

Called and after sitting on hold for about 20 minutes I was basically told 🤷🏽♂️ sorry sir well let you know. HUH? So I paid for something and no one knows when I’ll get it? Do fine, Im thinking if they can’t fill the order I can just cancel it and go somewhere else to get it filled. “We don’t do that” EXCUSE ME? So you’ve taken my money used insurance and I get nothing. From there I called the corporate number and sat on hold for an additional 20 minutes before I just gave up. I guess now I go to the better business bureau. This company is definitely lack luster. I’m beyond furious.

- MMMikeDec 23, 20252.0The staff at the location are courteous and professional Doc was great…..HOWEVER, whatever lab they use to make glasses ruins all that. I came in and got glasses 12/3/25 and I’m still waiting. An approaching (tentative it still may be longer) 30 day turnaround is unacceptable. I used LensCrafters last 2 years and got my glasses in 8 days. I went to America’s Best before that and got glasses in 5. I’m really frustrated because had I been told it would be a month or more I definitely would’ve went somewhere else
