  Shout out to Loveland Kroger Pharmacy! Long story but I actually started to cry as I told the Pharmacist how well her team has taken care of me and the girls the last few days as I switch from Walgreens to Kroger. They were kind, knowledgeable and diligent with all medications, making sure everything would be ready for the girls and I when we needed our next order. They even put a rush on one that Walgreens refused to order anymore. #Walgreens shoved a generic at me, that makes me sick, saying that "no one" can order this medication anymore. Freaked out, I started researching what had happened. The thought of switching and trying a new medication not only for me but my daughter was daunting. It took 7 tries and 2 years to find the right medication. I spent all day researching and calling to find out if the medication was being phased out, and who can order it until we can find a replacement. I found that it was a lie. The medication not only cam be ordered but the Kroger can get it no problem and they even checked to see if they work with my insurance for me. I have always had challenges with CVS and Walgreens messing up prescriptions, making the same mistakes over and over, having to constantly call my doctors to deal with the issues. I just switched to Kroger and I've never received such wonderful and organized service. They have called me to clarify any questions and already talked to the doctors. #krogerpharmacy even made notes in mine and my daughter's records to make sure there are no delays in future orders or unexpected charges. I have never felt confident in a Pharmacy until now. I had to hord medication back every month to make sure that my girls aren't going days without important medicine because of Pharmacy errors and disorganization. #KrogerPharmacy not only have taken a major stress out of my life every month, they showed me kindness, and a care that has been lost in the medical field. They listened to me and solved the issue quickly with compassion. Seems silly, but I always had to fight to make sure that necessary medications were correct and on time every month, and sometimes I was treated like a child or spoken down to by the Pharmacist as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Yes, I told the Pharmacist to tell her team how wonderful they all have been, and I apologized that I got emotional, but obviously she made a difference, and I need my correct medication. Lol.

  Pay your workers more and increase staff. I waited an hour before I had to leave and they weren’t able to get to me in that time. I’m switching pharmacies since they clearly cannot meet demand.
