The pharmacist stayed a few minutes late tonight ( THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS EVE) to allow me to pick up antibiotics after I called. That kind of dedication and kindness is rare and so appreciated. Truly went above and beyond. My husband and kids thank you as well. Christmas is saved. 🤍🤍

My teenage daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes this year and the staff at this pharmacy have been great in working with me, the prescribing doctors and the big bad insurance company (UHC) even “going to bat” for me against the insurance company whose policy seems to be to knee jerk react and deny claims. The staff helped me save money by suggesting ways to get the insurance company to allow me or make you film 3 months of RX’s at a time, which saves copay and deductible money for me as the consumer. If the pharmacy has trouble getting a script it is usually the manufacturer being the problem and not Kroger Pharmacy staff “not caring”.
