  We absolutely love this new location! My son originally began his care with Suburban Pediatrics, and we chose to stay through the transition to Cincinnati Children’s. We’ve been happy patients since 2020 and couldn’t be more satisfied with the exceptional care provided by Dr. Allen.

  The room we were put in was clearly not cleaned from the people before when we brought in our two day old newborn baby. They weren’t even busy, one other family was there. The nurse who brought us into the room was rude. The room smelled like dirty diapers with full trash - when I told the nurse it smelled like poop from the dirty diapers in the trash from the people before she said okay I’ll change it in a little bit. We had to sit through the whole appointment with an overwhelming poop smell. We will never return. Save yourself and your kids and go literally anywhere else.

  We moved to this location from Mason Children's and the new building is so nice and clean! The staff is always friendly when checking in and we love Dr. Allen!

  Granted I didn't know it was a primary Care location but I walked in and everybody there just seemed to be like there was no urgency for us and I know I needed urgent care for my grandson and I was really upset when I left I didn't say anything to him. They did ask me if I wanted the address of the nearest urgent Care. No you done upset me enough so I was done. Thanks but no thanks. And I know that when you're in a rushing impatient state, you get agitated. So I am agitated doesn't help it much but wasn't happy
