Now that they have hired in new staff that we have had so many rude interactions with and changed hours to only stay open until 5p which most people aren't even off work at that time I'm dropping it to a 1 rating. The pharmacist are still great and helpful but the staff has sadly gone down hill. I work in healthcare and understand the need for staff but when working with customers and their medication needs you have to have a bit of compassion not just a body to fill the spot.
