- JSJudy SheelyJul 10, 20251.0I wish I could give less than 1 star. I went in today to see about a back tooth of mine that I needed pulled. I ignored way too many red flags. From the moment I walked in the place is not clean. I should’ve walked out but I gave them a chance as I was experiencing pain and thought they could help me. When I got back the sink was filthy, and everything was very outdated. They couldn’t get the Xray machine to work so I moved to the next room over. I was in severe pain while they jammed a plastic thing in my mouth for the xray- not once but twice. The dentist came in and reeked of cigarette smoke- which is ironic as they have a “quit smoking” poster in the 3rd room. None of the rooms are actually private. Once the X-rays finally loaded up the tech said it needed pulled as the decay was too close to the nerve- meanwhile the dentist said he’d throw a filling in because that tooth was important. We started with 2 shots of Novocain. I wasn’t numbing in the tooth- so he did 2 more. Still not numb. 2 more. He shot water into the open tooth which was extremely painful. 2 more shot of Novocain. In total I received 8-10 shots of Novocain. I’m not talking pinches I’m talking him taking the needle out, refilling it, and going back in. I told them my throat was numb and I couldn’t tell if I was swallowing , my cheek, tongue and up near my ear was all numb but the tooth I could still feel. They left me in the room alone to go work on someone else. I asked to pay for the work that was already done and leave. They charged me $60 for the exam and X-rays and I got out of there as fast as I could. Thank God my friend came with me. She took me to her house and kept an eye on me until I was feeling somewhat normal again. The dentist had no bedside manner and was talking about someone getting a dui, the one lady brought her kid to work and he told the other tech he was going to yell at her because he’s not running a daycare and if she can’t find a babysitter she needs to stay home. I asked how his morning was when he first walked in and he said I don’t know it’s just starting. I told him how nervous I was and there was no reassurance. I have no idea how this place gets such great reviews unless it’s family and friends that have written reviews for them! I’m adding a picture of me just before I left. Note the gloves on the sink, there was trash in several places and the soap containers were store brand SoftSoap but had black buildup on them. Please go somewhere else- even if you have to make payments.

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. I was in again today to have a filling redone they gave me stickers to take home to my daughter.
