The front desk lady’s were amazing. Karen did my X-rays and teeth cleaning and she was the nicest lady!

Honestly? The first dentist that actually explained things to me clearly while getting my teeth looked at and cleaned so that’s a plus in my book (also went above and beyond looking at my teeth which was a surprise and reassuring). The staff were wonderful and so nice I love the atmosphere. The only thing I’m worried about is getting numbed my next appt for fillings since it’d be my first time- I’m not scared of the dentist or needles but I am scared of the pain my teeth and gums are sensitive 😭

The staff and dentist there are overall really nice people. However I recently was there for a multiple teeth extractions. It didn't go as I was told it would go. I was told 2 months ago they would remove the teeth and then shave down my gum lines so they can heal up & be ready for my dentures. They never did anything with my gum lines. In fact it's like they just removed my teeth and that was it. Never put any sutures in anywhere, my two back sockets should have been suture up. To help it heal properly and so nothing would get in to the sockets them self. Now every time i try to eat anything it's getting in the sockets, I'm hoping I don't end up with a dry socket. On top of it got a letter today about my dental work & in this letter it stated that they were paid for everything including the shaving of my gum lines. They shouldn't have been paid for that at all. Hopefully everything will still work out for my dentures to be placed..

Everyone, from the Ladies at the front desk, to the Hygenists, to the Dr were very kind. The Dr’s explanations were considerate and understandable. The scheduler went out of her way to help us and get my grandson an appointment the next day. Thank you everyone at Lima Community Dental. This grandmother is beyond grateful.💜☮️

I got the pleasure of having Mrs. Karen for my first appointment & she made me feel safe, at ease and also explained each step with me during the entire process of my appointment!
