That was so reassuring to our whole family. They were great with communication with us as well. We will definitely call them again if we have a need and will be recommending them to others!
- JLJanice LonsdaleJan 4, 20211.0Beware - although you have to provide a 2-week notice when terminating your contract, they can terminate at any time. They terminated their contract with my parents after only a month and gave us only a 3 1/2 day notice. Their caregivers were unable to deal with my father's Alzheimer's related behaviors although they had bragged about their expertise in dealing with persons with Alzheimers. In addition, although they terminated the contract over 40 days ago, my parents have stilled not been refunded their 2-week deposit.
