  The testing was done right there on site. I very surprised at how much hearing was lost, being a former factory worker it seems the hearing loss was significant. After testing, the hearing aid made a significant, positive improvement.

  Update: After returning the hearing aids that didn’t work out for me and my wife and having to contact enterprises in New York to get my refund, which I fortunately was able to get on December 2, I am now getting letters from Power Pay Which is a company out of Pennsylvania, who miracle your finances, the hearing age through. These letters consist of the link or notices for a bill which I do not owe and threatening to report our status to the credit bureau. Apparently, they (miracle ear) thinks it’s time to play games. Save yourself some headaches and avoid displayed like the plague.

  Please do not order from these people! They are very nice and helpful in the beginning but if you decide to return the hearing aids they turn very rude .Told me I couldn't return them till I got a call from I believe Amanda who still hasn't called. Was not going to let my 45 day expire waiting for her we took them in.Could not give me a receipt showing we returned them so I took photographs of everything.We wanted Corporates number which she said she didn't have!We found Corporates number on our own and were told they have the number.Found out they are a Franchise and when you purchase the hearing aids are led to believe they are setting you up with a loan agency but nope it's a debt collection agency! After speaking with them trying to get our accounts canceled which Miracle Ear should have done its going to take 3 weeks!!! Do not do business with these people EVER!!!!
