  This review is for my aide Asia. She does such an incredible job of taking care of my dad and goes above and beyond with everything. She takes care of his needs and makes sure he’s doing his exercises. She is so respectful of his space and our home by always leaving it the way I left it or better. She has been a blessing in helping with taking a lot of my everyday stress away. My dad and us as well think the world of her.

  Used this company when my mom was terminally ill. I spoke with the coordinator over the phone and explained that I would be back in my hometown the day of the consultation, but that it was imperative that I was dialed into the call because my father has experienced cognitive decline and so I would be helping him understand everything they said. I was promised I would be called, which you would think would also happen since I am the one who arranged the consult in the first place. 30 minutes past the appointment I end up having to be the one to call only to find out they moved forward with having my dad sign a contract for several thousand dollars because my aunt was also there. Fast foward to their arrival. The workers REPEATEDLY had to be told to do things, and one of them said VERY disturbing things. I would not trust my loved ones with this company.

  Beware - although you have to provide a 2-week notice when terminating your contract, they can terminate at any time. They terminated their contract with my parents after only a month and gave us only a 3 1/2 day notice. Their caregivers were unable to deal with my father's Alzheimer's related behaviors although they had bragged about their expertise in dealing with persons with Alzheimers. In addition, although they terminated the contract over 40 days ago, my parents have stilled not been refunded their 2-week deposit.

  My wife received excellent care in our home. The quality of syaff, reliability, and honestly were excellent.
