- SSSam SmithMar 4, 20261.0The doctor is extremely rude and does not seem to care at all. She ran no tests and decided he had a sinus infection which had lasted multiple weeks and she would not prescribe an antibiotic. She’s extremely short with you and you can tell she gets annoyed when asking questions. I had to call multiple times to get the antibiotic prescribed for my son almost a week later when the symptoms were still there when it should have just been done at the appointment but the doctor would not prescribe it. When we finally got a call back from her she was once again rude and you could just hear how annoyed she was. Absolutely not the care I’m looking for for my son.

- CFCrystal FFeb 23, 20261.0I went in for a UTI symptoms last week and met with a Dr. or Nurse practitioner named Ashley, she was great. Ashley called my back for my urine sample results and told me that my urine is contaminated and if I still have pain after I take all my meds, I should come in to give another urine sample. So I just went in today after 1pm, there was a different Dr or nurse practitioner. I was told I’d have to pay a copay and have a whole new appointment and that I miss understood the previous Dr. and that my urine was not contaminated, I also couldn’t see her till 3pm or later…no patients were even there…That doesn’t make any sense. So I told her to forget it. That does not sound right. What do I need another appointment for? All she is going to do is send out my urine again…
