  My 2 year old child had to wait almost 4 hours to be seen. THAT'S RIDICULOUS!!!! I'm one pissed off momma. Viral illness that's causing wheezing PLUS a right ear infection and you made MY 2YR OLD CHILD who has been sick since Saturday afternoon wait 4 HOURS!!!...GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

  I would provide zero stars if it were an option. We were rushed through the system after waiting for over and hour to be evaluated by a nurse, let alone Dr. We left with the same problem we came in with.

  They are so great with babies here. It was worth the longer drive to come to a children’s urgent care. The providers also took time to explain the treatment and what to watch out for going forward.

  We were visiting grandparents in the area when my 6-year-old son came down—on Christmas Day—with what turned out to be strep and the flu. We reserved a spot in line on the website and came in a few hours later at our appointed time; we had a very short wait in the waiting area and then were seen fairly quickly after that. Everyone we interacted with, from the receptionists to the RN and NP, was empathetic, knowledgeable, responsive, and kind, and I especially appreciated that they spoke directly to our son about what was going on, answered his questions, and genuinely cared about his comfort. We hope we never find ourselves there again on a future trip… but we would gladly return if needed for the superb level of care we received.
