  They insisted I bring my child who tested positive for the flu in to the office (exposing other patients) for the sole purpose of a school note. They had access to the test results and still refused to provide a school note via MyChart. As a parent I find it deeply concerning they are encouraging children who have tested positive for illnesses such as flu to come in to the office unnecessarily and expose their other patients. Again, the appointment is solely for a school note- no additional testing, no concerns about symptoms, and the nurse line even said stay home unless there are other concerns- because there is nothing they can do for the flu. But the pediatrician's office insists confirmed sick patients come out in freezing temperatures and expose all of their other patients for a piece of paper.

  We have been going to Suburban Pediatrics (now Cincy Children's Liberty Primary Care) since 2017 and have found that not all of the doctors were compatible. We were able to request a different physician within the practice and are now very happy with the quality of care and communication. It's an added bonus that they have so many doctors to chose from.

  I wish I could give a 0 stars but I guess I have to give a star. Everytime I have to call meds in for my kids its takes 1-2 weeks to get it filled. I love my kids pediatrician and they love her but now they have joined Suburbin Pediatrics I maybe looking for a new pediatrician. The staff is a hit and miss on getting a nice person vs a person with an attitude. If you have not seen a dr in a few weeks and call in medicine to get filled they make you make an appointment before they send over the medication script to the Pharmacy.

  I called them regarding my daugther condition, who answered the phone said she'll have a nurse to call me back. when the nurse called and after she asked all questions, she said she'll transfair me to the front desk as we need to take my daughter to them to check ASAP. As a father I freaked out, the front desk personnel was really calm to the point that she didn't care a bout what i'm saying and said I can't set you an appointment now call us later!! and hangedup !!! Little after that I called them back and it was after work time. Finally, next day my wife called and got an appointment and a referral to the children's hospital. They said, they'll send the referral to the hospital ASAP and soon it should be ready for us to call them and get an appointment. I called the Hospital but they didn't find any referral from them!! as Suburban Pediatrics didn't send any referrals. I called Suburban Pediatrics at 12pm, they were at lunch per phone message, called them 12:30 they were at lunch, called them at 1 pm but they were at launch.. called 1:13 PM but they were at lunch.. Finally at 1:17 pm no one answered and I'v left them a massage regarding my referral. no one called me back!! I think they need to know that they're doctors to our most precious, our kids!!
