  All of the staff including check in, nurses and doctors were caring, informative and caring. They gave the best care.

  I trust Children with complete trust in their caring for children. They make them feel safe and not afraid.

  We visited the Liberty township location for a smashed thumb 👍 we had a good experience with every staff member we encountered. The front desk, registration, cleaning staff, RNs, doctors, and xray technician (someone walked us back there and she was great too) They got our boy all taken care of and kept him calm and comfortable. A trip to the emergency room is never fun but they had our 5 year old smiling even though he was hurt. We choose Liberty over downtown (45 minute drive difference)

  Worst place. Not professional.. My nurse was extremely rude, arrogant and made us feel like we were in ER just for fun and not for actual issue.

  It's hit and miss with this place apparently. Our first experience was terrifying but the staff was amazing and took great care of us. Our 2nd visit on 2/26/2026 will have us seeking help elsewhere. Arrived shortly after 2am, the TV stated under an hour wait, 30 minutes later it changed to 1-2 hours and not longer after that changed to a 2-3 hour wait. Took about 3 hours for us to be called back, the doctor was an absolute nightmare with no bedside manner. She is judgemental and wanted to use a catheter on my baby, when I asked for other options she said that the results weren't trustworthy for the other options and said if we didn't want the catheter used then we might as well leave. She also used the excuse that "they use catheters constantly so I have no reason to worry" even though my personal experience when getting catheterizations at childrens hospital were the complete opposite and traumatizing. When I let the nurses know how she treated us they made excuses for her and said things like "some doctors are very selective when it comes to testing," or she's probably overwhelmed as the only doctor that night. The doctor who came on at 8am was wonderful, had great bedside manner and the nurses treated us much better but I can't risk returning and dealing with the first doctor who was an absolute nightmare.
