  Having experience with 3 other companies and hearing aid brands, I am very surprised and pleased with the improvement in my hearing with the Miracle Ear product. I believe that the team at the Lewis Center, Ohio office, is extraordinary. They have answered all my questions, listened to my concerns, and made executable suggestions. They are also very friendly and personable. I believe they truly want me to have the best possible experience with my new hearing aids. I appreciate them and the product.

  My other Mom has been a Miracle-Ear customer for 5 years in NE Ohio. She recently moved to Columbus to live with me and we chose the Lewis-Center office. Her Miracle Ear hearing aids were not working or charging properly and she noticed a further loss of hearing. After a hearing test determined she indeed had more hearing loss and because her hearing aids needed to be cleaned and evaluated, Tyler placed loaner aids programmed to her hearing loss to use & trial for a few days. The newer aides were superior and turned the sound on! She heard the birds, the rain, normal tone conversations and to her shock the tv at a comfortable volume level. The volume level she had been listening was now blaring to her. The trial use sold her she needed updated aids. She was able to do a trade-in applied to the new purchase. Tyler and Ashley were a pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, customer-oriented and maintain a spotless office. We look forward to future visits at this location.

  This is my third year for going to miracle ear for a hearing test. Each time they have been very Informative. There has been no charge for the hearing test. There has been no recommendation for me to buy hearing aids as they have advised they are not currently needed. The tests reflect a consistent baseline, which gives credence to the tests.

  Professional yet friendly. Tyler Minney was very helpful in explaining the hearing system, asking about details of various environments and any hearing challenges particular to them, graphing out for me how the hearing test is scored, and answering my questions about their products and services.

  Our experience was wonderful and both my husband and I highly recommend Miracle Ear. Chuck was caring and brought humor to the whole experience which resulted in the purchase of two sets of hearing aids. Life Changer...we've stopped yelling at each other! My only regret is that we missed meeting Ashley, who I've heard lovely things about.
