The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Was told I could be seen by the little clinic. Drove 20 minutes only to be told by the staff member that there's no time slots. Naturally all I received was a generic apology.

Seeing all the negative reviews, I was skeptical of being seen at The Little Clinic. This was my first time ever visiting The Little Clinic and I can tell you that my experience couldn’t have been better. I saw Nurse Practitioner Magdalene Hatton for issues with my Eustachian Tube that I had after a cold/virus. Magdalene was professional, caring and direct. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit The Little Clinic again in the future.

I had a gum infection that hurt to the point I could not eat/drink. When I talked and my dentist didn't have any openings for me the next couple of days. It was not emergent situation but I didn't want it to become something serious such as cellulitis. I didn't want to go to ED for something small like this. Little clinic is supposed to be for someone who don't have insurance or family doctor. It is supposed to be the first aid till patients can get in to their doctors appointment. At least that's what you introduce yourself to the communities. I called, and asked if I could be seen and if it was infected, hopefully I could be prescribed some antibiotics for a few days to lower the chance of getting worse till I can see my dentist. The nurse practitioner refused to see me. She stated there was nothing she could do. She said I would just have to go see my dentist after I told her my dentist or any other dentists don't have any openings anytime soon. I then called Middletown Kroger's Little clinic, that nurse practitioner was listening and willing to see me. I am not saying to not go to Kroger little clinics at all, but I will not recommended Lebanon one.

Poor is all I can say, who has a vaccine day all day after a major holiday when the county in inadateded with covid symptoms urgent care packed out all weekend, they could’ve used the help with getting all these sick people tested. I’ve had the covid and the vaccine and I’m in health field with what appeared to be strep throat and I was told “no, we are only doing vaccines today” that is not a mini clinic that’s a vaccine clinic false advertisement. Why would a NP have to be available to do what an MA/pharm tech or LPN can do? Why couldn’t she be seeing acute patients instead of sitting around laughing and joking around while sick people are being turned away. Poor management kroger.

Overall unprofessional. If you don't agree with them they act like you're stupid. Hopefully we never have to come back here.
