  So glad I had an appointment booked just to wait a whole hour and be told my serve symptoms aren't severe enough for prescribing correct medications. I told you I have a sinus infection. Without proper medications prescribed, I joyously await my symptoms getting worse. Thank Emily N. Helsley, CNP for not taking a thing I said seriously. Thank you for your nasty dagger looks and that eye roll the entire time I spoke to describe my symptoms. I know for a fact what illness I'm experiencing (an infection). For an "urgent care" you're not exactly urgent in the way you care. If I were a man you wouldn't have treated me the way you did Emily and you would've taken my (non viral, but rather infection) symptoms seriously. My symptoms would be gone tomorrow but they won't now thanks to your incompetence. You spoke about what's wrong with our health care system and you're a prime example of what's wrong with it:)

  Was told I could be seen by the little clinic. Drove 20 minutes only to be told by the staff member that there's no time slots. Naturally all I received was a generic apology.

  ZERO STARS!!!!!! Skipped lunch from work hoping to get treatment for severe bronchitis symptoms. I'll spare the details, but after sitting 25 minutes in an empty waiting room listening to two health care "professionals" carry on a personal conversation, I was told that I would have to return at 5 or 5:30 because it was their lunch time. So, no lunch, and feeling even more lousy. To the two health care "professionals;" I apologize for interrupting your day. Please stay away from the trauma and cardiac units. To Kroger; it was only a matter of time until you brought the clinic down to the level that matches your store. I go across the street to ALDI,(better quality, and the savings are better than the fuel rewards scam) and now I drive by on my way to Walgreens.

  I made an appointment to be seen for a sore throat, I was delayed leaving work and called to say I would be at the most 10 mins late. I was told they have a 10 minute grace period so when I got there with 2 minutes to spare I was happy…until the girl at check in said “I know we spoke on the phone but it’s now 10 mins past you appointment and we need to reschedule.” I said “it’s not 10 mins yet” I did not think she was serious, she was. I could not believe it, to say I was mad is an understatement!! There was NO ONE else waiting and when you’re not feeling well and get treated like that, very poor. I work in healthcare and am ashamed that patients would be treated like this. I went across the street to CareFirst Urgent Care, was treated with respect and had strep throat.

  I have been to The Little Clinic twice. It seems I manage to get sick on weekends when my doctor is not in. I saw Leslie both times and cannot say enough about her. She is professional, relaxed and knows her stuff! I was pretty sick and in just two days felt much improvement. I would highly recommend going there .
