I told you I have a sinus infection. Without proper medications prescribed, I joyously await my symptoms getting worse. Thank Emily N. Helsley, CNP for not taking a thing I said seriously. Thank you for your nasty dagger looks and that eye roll the entire time I spoke to describe my symptoms. I know for a fact what illness I'm experiencing (an infection). For an "urgent care" you're not exactly urgent in the way you care. If I were a man you wouldn't have treated me the way you did Emily and you would've taken my (non viral, but rather infection) symptoms seriously. My symptoms would be gone tomorrow but they won't now thanks to your incompetence. You spoke about what's wrong with our health care system and you're a prime example of what's wrong with it:)
