  Huge thanks to the Kroger Lebanon Pharmacy team tonight! Our prescription was filled in just 7 minutes from the time they got in the system and ready before they closed for the day. It made such a stressful evening so much easier, and we were able to get our child’s medicine right away. We really appreciate the speed and care!

  I have never had any problems until I met Ryan. He was miserable the entire time, told me that their system stated that, no matter what time the Physician placed the order, it could not be filled until "the next business day". I've been using Kroger Pharm for 20+ years. My entire time has never been a problem. I have never ONCE had a Surgeon/Doctor provide me medication that I wasn't able to pick up!

  Messes up running mt prescriptions monthly. Have to call the insurance because they run it wrong non stop. Ready to change pharmacies, been here 90 minutes waiting. They shouldnt even get 1 star.

  This is just poorly run and organized. My Dr sent a scrpt over. The Dr office is 45 minutes away and they hadn't even seen it until I waited through line to check on it. The person asks me if I am going to wait or come back, to which I ask how long. He says 30 to 45 minutes. I say I have to get to work I will come back at lunch. He says it will be ready at noon. I get there at 12:30 , wait through line to be told it will be 30 to 45 minutes....ugh...if this was the exception I wouldn't say anything but it has been this same scenario the last three times. I like the friendly staff but me sitting for half an hour watching half of them stand around when it should have been ready....might be time for somewhere new
