Donnella was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made the check-in process quick. Anna’s personality is comforting, she took the time to hear me out and made sure I walked out with hope for relief. Thank you both for making me happy to have chose an appointment at The Little Clinic!

I was really disappointed. I went in and signed in while the front desk lady was sitting there and a man was bringing her cake pops. It gave me an estimated wait time and I sat down. There was one other patient there, the room doors were open and empty. The front desk lady took the one other person waiting back and then when she came out of the room told me that they were too busy to see me today but she could schedule me for tomorrow. I said, why would you let me sit here and wait then and she said because we’re busy…. This was at 4pm, 4 hours before they closed.
