It gave me an estimated wait time and I sat down. There was one other patient there, the room doors were open and empty. The front desk lady took the one other person waiting back and then when she came out of the room told me that they were too busy to see me today but she could schedule me for tomorrow. I said, why would you let me sit here and wait then and she said because we’re busy…. This was at 4pm, 4 hours before they closed.
