Recently had an issue where someone denied an order due to the price of the med (even though I had confirmed I would pay out of pocket) and did not find out it was never ordered until the day it was supposed to be ready for pickup. I mean, come on.

I spent the day in the emergency room in immense pain and being treated and seen, I left around 5:35 with prescriptions in hand to take to Kroger. I immediately went there because the pharmacy closes at 6. Again I’m in serious pain and really need this prescription. I get to the counter to be greeted by Kaitlyn who was very sweet and helpful, however the pharmacist in the back a lady that puts pills in bottles and creams in bags, was rude and kept reiterating that they close at 6…..OKAY? I have 20 minutes still and just left the hospital. Not to mention this is an important job that affects many peoples lives and well being. To be so caught up and self involved with one self to be disrespectful to people who NEED there prescription. Is absolutely disgusting and shameful. Find a new career lady in the back with blondeish hair and glasses. You’re the worst type of person.
