Good and helpful staff. As big as this pharmacy is they don't rush me and always or usually ask if I have questions. They are also well staffed. Which I'm sure helps. Thank you Kroger for almost always being kind and thorough.

The service was friendly and helpful. I had to void an item and the customer service lady, that was assigned to the self checkout, helpful and completed the void and also took the product to be returned.

Been loyal to Kroger for years and I’ve never had an issue with them.I will say only this, the line can get long sometimes but that’s only a side effect of good business practices and friendly techs. My meds are usually always in but the few times they were out they ordered them pretty quick. They acccept my insurance and I would recommend filling your scripts here if your looking for efficient service.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy. I actually worry about taking medication that was filled by these technicians because they can't seem to get the simplest part of their job correct. I have filled with them three times. I lost my prescription card in my move across the country. I called my old pharmacy and got all of the information and then gave it to the Kroger pharmacy. When I came to pick it up, they said that they didn't have any information on file. The next time I used it I dropped it off and they told me to come back in 15 minutes. I came back 20 minutes later and it wasn't done. I came back 15 minutes later, still not done. I told them I was going to take my kids and groceries out to the car and that I would go though the drive-through. I went through the drive through and they only gave me two of the four medications. When I called that night when I discovered that I didn't have all of them, they accused me of trying to get more medication and that they wouldn't make a mistake like that (it was an antibiotic for my two year old by the way, not something like pain medication). I called the next morning and again they accused me, but he put me on hold. Another guy came back on and said, "oh...I found it". No apology or anything. This last time I used it simply because I was so sick that I didn't want to have to get out of the car. I ended up having my husband go in and pick up my three prescriptions. He came home with two saying that they only had two on file (even though three were sent over from my dr electronically). I went in this morning to pick up the last one and he said, "oh, it hasn't been filled yet", then he came back and told me that I don't have insurance on my record. I said that my husband had picked up two prescriptions last night and he said, "ya, he paid full price." They are completely incompetent. Like I said, when they can't even give the prescription to the customer correctly, it worries me that they are putting the right dose into the bottle. Love Target pharmacy...will be going there instead!
