He was extremely helpful and supportive of my particular problems. There was a friendly staff who helped me with my prescription glasses and made them as affordable as possible giving me recommendations on on what I needed and what I could do without or wouldn’t be helpful for me. Very pleased indeed!

And put blame on tariffs for the glasses being so expensive. I ended up going to there competitor and got the same glasses with every feature for a third of the cost. So that just shows me that LensCrafters‘s glasses are overcharging extremely way too much.

I scheduled an appointment for an eye exam and also bought a pair of glasses. With regards to the eye exam, doctor was very thorough. He explained to me the health of my eyes and showed me a minor issue that needs some attention from me. He explained to me everything in detail and answered my questions in detail. With regards to choosing frames for prescription glasses, we were helped by store manager. She was very helpful and professional and assisted us in choosing a frame. Overall very helpful with this place. Will be going there for all my prescription eye glasses needs.
