Girl at front was unprofessional and rude and refused to speak up and no mumble, even after being told I was hard of hearing. Second time I’ve felt like the whole staff was incredibly dismissive.

The lady at the desk was playing on her phone. Every exam room was unoccupied as the doors were open and no one was in the waiting area but I was turned away and told I could come back in 2.5 hours. I just wanted someone to check my ears for an ear infection on my lunch break.... guess that was asking too much. Booked at the Cornerstone little clinic and was treated so much better.
