  Took my boyfreind to er. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and he clearly has kidney infection and is very sick. All they said was you can get him re-evaluated,and its not an emergency. He has blood in hos urine and they just refuse to help him told him to wait till Monday. So im done with Kettering Health.

  I went there for first time today and they were nice and fast of helping me get antibiotics and naproxen for pain for my abscess teeth and cut and drained my mouth wound. Thanks to all the Doctors and nurses I'll give you a 10 rating.

  Labor and delivery and the rest of the staff/after care team did such an amazing job! S/O to Dr. Whitney Crye everything was so calm and smooth while delivering everything from start to finish was just comforting and genuine! I appreciate every last one of you who took care of me!!! ❤️

  Worst possible experience. Went in today 3/20 to have a kidney stone removed. Arrived at 6:30 am 2 hours before surgery as instructed. They were running behind, taken back at 9:10 am. After surgery was woke up in recovery telling me they are behind, trying to catch up. Rushed out. Then went to final room had me getting dressed as they took out the iv. Was told sorry we are rushing you but we are behind. Wheeled me to the car and out of there. Never had such a bad experience as this morning. I am still sick to my stomach but doesn't matter they are behind. Will never have another procedure at that place. The worst patient experience I ever had.

  My insurance covers xrays with my plan. I called the hospital and confirmed with location before going in but now they billed it as hospital charge which is not covered by my insurance. I was given wrong information by kettering staff.
