They genuinely care about their residents, treating them with love, kindness, respect, and the greatest understanding. They keep us informed and explain everything they are doing to help. We could not ask for a better experience and I would highly recommend Oak Tree Terrace to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

- ATAngel TayDec 26, 20222.0My Marmee’s stay there was pretty good however her discharge was a mess! It was like the insurance stopped paying and they shut down! They called in meds the dr discontinued for her to the pharmacy. Didn’t call ANY OF THE MEDS SHE NEEDS TO LIVE! She has been w/o her meds for 2 1/2 days! No one assisted us when she left. It was like they no longer cared. I would not send my loved ones there!
