They genuinely care about their residents, treating them with love, kindness, respect, and the greatest understanding. They keep us informed and explain everything they are doing to help. We could not ask for a better experience and I would highly recommend Oak Tree Terrace to anyone looking for quality care for a loved one.

- JSJa'Kim SpearmanDec 24, 20221.0Upon my mom's release yesterday (coldest, snowy, icy day of the year, -7 degrees) the nurse turned over calling my mom's meds in for pick up to the girl at the Therapy front desk costing mommy $150. The 3 meds cost were ALL WRONG! (old meds) Now the updated meds (13) still need to be called in and no money refund. They did as least as possible. Keep a close eye on your loved one if choosing Oak Creek Terrace. I had to ask for a chair to wheel her to the door. No one was around when picking her up. Inept non caring staff.
