Your "free" vaccines require insurance, and Kroger doesn't take yours. They don't tell you that until you walk into the pharmacy, where you'll be told after a long wait by an unhelpful associate to try the Little Clinic next door. Impossible to reach a manager at this location. Slow and unfriendly service. Avoid at all costs.

Pharmacist had a bad attitude with me when I had a question about a medication. Asked me “why didn’t I discuss this with my doctor?” about a medication I had just been prescribed an hour before at an urgent care. Really condescending and makes me feel like I wouldn’t want to ask about a medication in the future, when I should feel comfortable to ask about a concern??

I’ve always had a good experience at this pharmacy. I’m a frequent customer because, well… my health of course ;)… and have never had any issues. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who treat me with respect and solve any problems I may have. With all I have going on, I’m grateful for this dependable pharmacy.
