  Outstanding care from Dr. Cortez and his nurse Tyler. I'm a Heart Transplant Survivor and went in with wheezing, shortness of breath and possible pneumonia. Dr. Cortez did all tests needed in a timely manner and results were good. Tyler was a great nurse and very reassuring. The rest of the staff were very caring and professional. A+ Care

  Medical staff listened to my concerns and ran all appropriate tests. They always made sure me and my husband were comfortable and had whatever we needed. They communicated clearly and professionally during the entire encounter. Thank each one of you for your care.

  I'm planning on moving from my forever home, only because this is the ER closest to my house and where I have to be taken when I call for an ambulance. This ER did not make me feel safe when I was taken there. I was taken straight to the waiting room from the ambulance, passed out in the wheelchair, and woke up hours later and no one had checked on me to make sure I was okay. I called family to take me elsewhere. I've used ride services to make sure I go anywhere but here. I don't trust this ER with my life. What little interaction I had with staff was questionable. Someone in the ER said they were on diversion and whispered with the ambulance EMT. So apparently "on diversion" meant the ambulance should have taken me to an open ER but they just wheeled me out to the waiting room. It turned out it was just a painful burst cyst, so I wasn't going to die, but it was a jarring experience.

  My girlfriend and I went because she just started bleeding while urinating, she was uncomfortable with having male nurses and medical assistants ect. So they had to find a female nurse which too quite a bit..... other than that they were all nice quick and VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!! Nice hospital overall for sure!!!!!
