  The person who took the mammography pics was like a robot. Although I would’ve preferred a robot. She did not see me as a human being. I felt like a job she had to do: move this way, turn that way, point your toes this way, move your fingers, take your robe off this side, put it back on, take it off again, put it back on again, take it off again. It was an awful inhumane experience. If she was in fact a robot, they need to update her software.

  I was seen on time. It's clean up to date equipment. I received my results quickly.

  Wife went in for her appointment this Wednesday to be told it was scheduled out in Miamisburg. But the kind lady went out of her way to see if she couldn't get my wife scheduled here at Kettering today. She was able to get my wife scheduled today. I wish I knew her name. We did thank her. Kettering is my favorite hospital

  VERY Good experience here. I showed up for my appointment that I made online on April 8, the nice lady at desk said oh NO who made your appointment? I said I did why?…… you made it for April 8 2023. Well I’m not surprised so I asked to reschedule. She said NO we maybe able to get you in today. They did and I was in and out within 30 minutes. WOW thats service! Got my results in 3 hours as well.

  I have been going to Kettering Breast @Lincoln Park since the office opened . Always treated with respect and caring. Just had mammogram yesterday never a long wait. Nice warm robe answered any questions I had. I was shocked at bad reviews. It is never pleasant but new machines are like knight and day from the "smashing old days". The technician was constantly checking on my comfort during. They are busy because they are kind and good for this reason it is the patients provocative to make your appointment. That being said either in the letter or my chart they let you know when appointment is due. I just can't understand the negative reviews.
