  Love this store and all the employees.. I have know Lucas (Mgr) for many years, and he has ALWAYS taken care of me. He is extremely knowledgeable about supplements and knows the business very well. I have been going to GNC stores for 30+ years, and by far this store is the best!

  i came here Several times recently to try this location but the last 2xs were due to when opening bags of Whey products they would tear. So I had the employee open them HIMSELF and two Consecutive bags tore the Exact same way on him. So he gave me a different flavor to try at home. I didn't like the replacement flavor so I came in after just 1try to exchange (as is my 30day right) and the different staff (Manager btw) told me the truck came in that day but I would have to wait 2 more days for the shelf to be restocked to get another and he was a bit of a jerk saying "it's no sweat off my back!" So I took Vanilla and what do ya know, this bag ripped the Exact same way while attempting to open. So now I've made my 4th trip across town to address this 4th bag defect and this Manager copt an attitude with me asking why its ripped like this. i thought, luckily the original employee this happened to is here so he can validate what happened. So I asked him to come and inform his boss of the occurrence the 2days before but he cowarded out denying the FULL truth of it and this is when I found out this latest guy is intact the manager I referred to earlier. Now I knew why he didn't validate! this Manager has the wrong attitude to manage ANY store! he walked away calling me a "Bata" from behind cameras in the employee hallway and I told him im no beta, im an Alpha...he then gestures me to bring it!! 😲 So when I started walking to him asking if he asked me to bring it, he then held his fists up & told me to leave! So ofcourse I did after seeing his unprofessional bluff. I will Never be returning to this store & recommend nobody else does either. My family owns a chain of restaurants, so believe me when i understand professionalism and this gnc holds none!! im sure he will try to rebuttal this review, as I seen him do on the other reviews before this but I assure you I left No parts out! he told me I would be his 1st complaint in a decade but as I seen and as you can see yourself he definitely has other review complaints as well, leaving him with Zero credibility!! GNC Corp needs to fire and hire a new manager stat!

  Drove 20 minutes out of the way to this location because website says they close at 6 opposed to the locations closer to me that close at 5. Get there at 5:01 to see that they're closed even with the sign outside the store saying they close at 6. Time is very valuable to me, and to see it wasted like that is frustrating. Would give 1 star, but the guy who helped me last time I was there was really nice and helpful.
