- JGJoeBallz GamingOct 31, 20252.0Been going there for years and it seems like there some new lady who refuses to answer calls, five different times just today and get put on hold and never comes back and it's always the same lady who sounds like she hates it there not sure what's up but this has happened last couple months and I know they pretty busy but it's never been a 100 percent on different days the same lady never picks up the phone other than say hold lol
- PTPenny ThompsonJun 5, 20224.0Been using the Johnstown store for prescriptions for many years. Only a couple of hiccups in all those years, mainly with the drive thru. There were times when it should have been open but was closed and I wasted my time driving there. Then there was one time that one of my prescriptions went missing between the store and home, although I don't think it actually got to the store from wherever it gets originally shipped from. When I called, they said their records show it was included with the rest of my prescriptions. They did look around the area but didn't find it. They agreed to refill it outside of my insurance so I didn't have to go without it for another month. Yes, I had to pay full price for it but it wasn't one of the more expensive ones and I really couldn't afford to go without it for a month. But all in all, if you go at the right time, the drive-thru is quick and easy and the person helping you is courteous and efficient. I do think some of the staff clearly don't want to be there some days but don't we all have those days at work?

For over 30 minutes just trying to do something that’ll take 2 minutes and they won’t even answer me. Just hang up after sitting on hold for 5 min. You guys aren’t that busy. If you can try to avoid them.
