  Teachers are great and Studio is nice a clean but I bought a pass thinking rentals were included and unfortunately that is changing soon. so what I thought the cost was going to be went up a bit per class And since the pass is not refundable I just have to deal with it. I understand they are making changes for their business needs and I get that but it is not what I signed up for. I wish they would offer a refund for unused classes when then enact changes that affect people financially.

  i am not one to normally leave bad reviews and considering my friend and i had signed up for these classes back in march and consistently throughout summer have gone and have really enjoyed them i never thought this day would come. But school has started back up and because the 4 classes you pay for monthly don’t roll over to the next month and it was just becoming to hard to get to we decided to cancel. we had called and talked to one of the workers and they said it was no problem they would cancel our subscriptions but because we signed up in person we had to come in person and just sign a form that would be filled out already for us. Well the next billing cycle goes on and we are both still getting charged. we decided to book one last class and then go in person to try and cancel again. We normally attend the morning classes where people show up 15 minutes late leave half way through class are constantly on their phones so we thought nothing of it when we walked in right at 5:30 to attend the 5:30 class we were greeted by the “lovely” audrey who before we even stepped foot in the door proceeded to yell at us that we are not allowed to come in that we are too late and demanded that we will have to reschedule so we decided to just try and cancel our subscription AGAIN. Once we returned home i called to speak to her to make sure we wouldn’t get charged a no show free and i got hung up on. The following day i got a 25 dollar no show charge billed to my account. I get an email a month later confirming the cancellation of my subscription and telling me i owe 200 dollars because i decided to cancel. I have never felt so scammed and disrespected by a company in my life. I work in a costumer service environment and the way they treated my friend and i was completely uncalled for considering we were paying for their business.

  These classes are high energy and a great cardio and total body workout. I have been attending classes for a few years and have experienced several different instructors. They are all excellent, consistent and provide a challenging workout. The instructors provide options during the entire class so you can tailor the workout to your goals and fitness level. I use the class to increase my cardio vascular fitness, so I like to challenge myself. Some days I am tired or my body is sore so I choose to take the class a bit slower. The studio is very clean and all of the employees are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this studio all the way around. Don't wait, check it out, you will not be sorry!
