I called immediately to let them know I used the one in Brecksville and Hudson was far for me and I needed these refunded. Instead of kindly understanding they turned me into collections since my credit card company refunded the purchase. I obviously will be handling this with the collections agency, but this is not a company or place I would want to give my money to. I can't imagine if it was a more serious issue or amount of money. Beware! Here are the texts for everyone to see: Hi Danille, it appears as though your 2 drop in class charges were disputed. Since you signed for your purchase online, your account has been sent to 3rd party collections. if you would like to take care of this please let me know, otherwise the collections agency will be contacting you to collect that payment. From the moment I called the studio, Sarah was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The studio itself is beautiful, and the equipment and instructors are top-notch. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who has ever thought about joining.
