- JBJohn BartleyFeb 6, 20261.0I have called this pharmacy 6 times in one day and have left messages for a call back no one ever answers the phone. I even called while standing in line and watch 2 employees chit chatting forever least 10 minutes while trying to call and never answered the phone.

- ATAshley TWJan 27, 20191.0Regardless of the friendliness of the staff, the wait time is ridiculous. To rectify this issue, I've called ahead and was told to come pick up at a certain time. Medication wasn't ready when I did. The next time, I refilled online and scheduled it a day in advance. Only 2/3 were ready at the scheduled time. Clearly this pharmacy doesn't value the time of its patrons. I'm not sure if it's a low staffing issue or what, but I know for sure it's a courtesy issue. They don't even tell you until you get there that it's not ready. Next refill, I'm changing pharmacies and I highly recommend only coming to this Kroger for groceries... If even that.
